Will vary based on assignment but typically will be:
1. Discovery session to understand the client needs 01- Assessment of current state organization and state of its strategy
2. Collaborate to design operational drivers for strategy with clear goals and milestone
3. Build organization, process and technology workstreams and dependencies to realize goals and establish a Program Management Office
4. Program manage or provide surge capacity to implement road mapped and prioritized initiatives
5. Facilitate and monitor the changes and document learning and improvements
