A Full Professor at ESCP Business School, Davide is also a visiting professor at other leading business Schools such as Judge Business School in Cambridge and AALTO Business School in Helsinki.

Davide has 20+ years of experience in strategy consulting at McKinsey & Company and in 3H Partners, covering a wide range of industries ranging from Food & Beverage, to Healthcare, Energy, Technology and Financial Services.

He is the author of numerous articles, policy papers, book chapters and case studies, regularly presenting at international research conferences. His book “How to Think Strategically. Your Roadmap to Innovation and Results” (co-authored with J. Couturier), published by the Financial Times, was nominated for the prestigious Management book of the Year award by the CMI and British Library.

Davide Sola fluently speaks four languages (French, English, German and Italian). He lives in London with his wife Stella and his three children, Lorenzo Alexander, Edoardo Maximillian and Allegra Grace Sophia.

An Associate Professor at ESCP Business School, Giovani also teaching at a variety of other leading Business Schools, such as ESA and Cotrugli as a visiting lecturer. Giovanni is Director of the Executive Master in Manufacturing Automation and Digital Transformation, in partnership with COMAU Academy.

Giovanni has 15+ years of experience in Strategy and Management consulting across various industries and serving Global brands such as Pfizer, Zoetis, Ferrari, Lloyds Register and High-Value Manufacturing Catapult, among many others. He is the author of several peer-reviewed articles and book chapters.

Giovanni lives in London with his wife Chiara and his two daughters, Mia and Adele.

After serving two years in the Cyprus military, he pursued his Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Science from Nottingham University, followed by a Master’s in Management from ESCP Europe. He achieved first-class honours in both his degrees.

Following his studies, Nicholas joined Strategy in Action in 2014 as an intern in London and has risen quickly to senior management ranks. He has led multiple engagements with numerous clients across the world in a wide range of industries, including pharma, telecoms, food & beverages, energy, manufacturing, defence and financial services.

Apart from his role at Strategy in Action, Nicholas is regularly involved in academia, lecturing in strategy at ESCP Europe as well as at both the Swiss and Ascencia Business Schools, where he is an Associate Professor. Having spent seven years in London, he now splits his time between the UK and Cyprus.

Nicholas lives in Nicosia with his wife Emelina and his daughter Ariana. In his free time, he loves watching the Premier League and training for an IronMan.

Over the past few years, Kristian has led strategy projects with cutting-edge R&D and innovation services providers and been involved in several others across the manufacturing, pharmaceuticals and financial services industries. Today, Kristian spends most of his time in our product discovery and development unit, working with our software team to continuously improve our digital solutions.

Ben has a background in elite level sport, being a former professional tennis player and U.S. Collegiate athlete. His 20 year tennis career ranged from being the highest ranked junior player in the United Kingdom and one of the top ranked teenagers globally on the ITF Junior Tour, to Grand Slam involvement at Junior Wimbledon and an eventual scholarship and multiple national successes at NCAA Division One institution, Middle Tennessee State University.
It was during his tenure in the US that Ben earned a First Class Honours degree in Business & Marketing; being selected to the Conference USA All-Academic Team.

Although serious injury curtailed further sporting ambitions, the self-driven aspect of a professional tennis career juxtaposed with the teamwork philosophy of college athletics enabled Ben to utilise transferable skills to shift into the world of strategy consulting. Ben has more than 7+ years of experience in strategy, starting at an innovative sports tech startup – where he was partnered with Andy Murray and his commercial team at 77 Sports – before developing in strategy consulting specifically, for more than 5 years at Strategy in Action. Ben has worked across the breadth of the strategy spectrum; also developing specialist skills in the areas of growth and innovation; with which he has worked with blue-chip clients in industries including Telecoms, Technology, Sport, Safe Storage and more. Most recently, Ben has utilised these skills as a Visiting Lecturer at prestigious European Business School ESCP, teaching a Master’s Course in Growth and Innovation Strategy.

Ben is a London native, where he still retains a strong involvement in British and global tennis – as well as shifting his focus to the golf course and supporting his fiancée’s DJ career.

Since joining Strategy in Action in 2019, Luca has developed multiple strategic plans for multinational corporations in sectors such as Aerospace & Defense, Publishing and Physical Security, also delivering classes as a guest lecturer at ESCP Business School.

Luca spends his free time playing football and enjoys Real Time Strategy (RTS) video games. He also loves to ski in winter and windsurf in summer.

As Partner Excellence Manager, Richard ensures that our partners receive the highest quality training and all-round support to ensure the growth and successful delivery of SiA.

In the course of his studies, he covered a range of topics including economics, law, management, strategy, and governance, giving him a holistic understanding of the business landscape, and consequently the tools to excel as a consultant.

Alongside his day-to-day consulting responsibilities, Richard is studying for a Graduate Master’s degree in Management with Q Institute alongside some of his Strategy in Action colleagues.

A huge fan of sports and music, Richard is also a self-taught Spanish speaker.

Throughout her studies, Haya gained knowledge in topics including economics, environmental law, management, strategy and governance, providing a varied knowledge base and ultimately the perfect tools to be a Business Analyst.

Haya is passionate about making positive contributions to people’s lives and organisations. She finds joy in learning new things, challenging herself and being immersed in different cultures.

Before joining consulting, he gained professional expertise working in Dubai (Modelling of Complex Systems) and Venice (Event Management and Marketing). Amongst other things, Alessandro is particularly interested in Innovation Management, Product Development and BI/Data Analytics.

Alessandro spends his free time listening to music, travelling and skiing in winter.

Angela’s diverse career includes significant contributions at iStarter, where she held positions as Head of Origination and Head of Acceleration. With a strong consulting background, she also served as a Project Leader at 3H Partners for 5 years and 2 months, leading international teams across Europe. Angela’s academic achievements include a Master’s degree with honors from ESCP Business School and a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from Università degli Studi di Palermo

Erik was born and raised in Sweden, but has lived in Italy since 1987.

Erik and his wife Paola live in Rome are empty nesters with two adult daughters, but have two dogs.

Erik has an MBA from Harvard Business School and a BSC from Stockholm School of Economics.

Before joining Harvard Business School, Federica had gained professional experience working as an intern in a consulting company active in the sector of EU State Aid and Structural Funds and as a Blue Book Trainee at the European Commission Representation in Malta. Besides participating in several EU-funded projects, she has also been the curator of a field-research book published by an Italian NGO active in the domain of the green economy.

Federica holds a Bachelor’s degree in International Studies and a Master’s degree in Economics from the University of Bologna. Federica was born and grew up in Italy and currently lives in Zagreb, Croatia, with her Croatian partner. In addition to her native language, she speaks English, French, Croatian, and some Spanish. In her free time, Federica loves reading, taking long walks in nature, and engaging in arts and crafts activities.

Agniv has experience in the SaaS sector, particularly in Education Technology, where he played a pivotal role as the fifth employee at Quiklrn. During his time there, he worked on business development, growth strategies, marketing, business planning, and operations in a lean startup environment. This diverse experience equipped him to support Business Development and Growth at Strategy in Action.

With a Bachelor’s in Engineering complementing his Master’s in Management from ESCP Business School and a Certificate of Readiness from Harvard Business School Online, Agniv is a combination of academic knowledge and hands-on start-up experience.

Outside of work, Agniv is passionate about basketball and is an ardent follower of the NBA. He also appreciates wildlife, and loves spending time amidst nature.

Rahul holds a Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering and has over two years of experience as a System Automation Engineer, where he excelled in leading automation projects for BMW. Now, he is pursuing a dual Master’s degree from ESCP Business School and MDI Gurgaon, focusing on management and business strategy.

Outside of his professional pursuits, Rahul is passionate about Formula 1 racing and is a culinary enthusiast.

With an insatiable curiosity for technology, Francesco remains actively engaged in the ever-evolving technology landscape, consistently seeking new knowledge and skills. His passion for software architecture and dedication to team development make him an invaluable asset in the dynamic world of software engineering.

Shreyansh is a professional storyteller with an insatiable curiosity for all things creative. He completed his undergraduate degree in Business Management, where he discovered a passion for brand communications and design. After working as a full-time designer for several years, he pursued a Master’s in Marketing and Brand Management from Oxford Brookes University, graduating at the top of his class. A constant learner, Shreyansh draws insights from diverse disciplines to continually refine his skills. He is highly driven and committed to contributing to the success of his team.
