Nicholas leads 3HORIZONS’ consulting delivery and client engagements. Of Cypriot and British descent, he brings over 12 years of experience leading strategy engagements with global clients across industries including pharma, telecoms, food and beverage, energy, manufacturing, defence, and financial services. Nicholas also lectures in strategy at ESCP and other leading business schools.
Roberto is a consultant, entrepreneur, manager, and board member with deep academic roots as a Professor at ESCP Business School. He brings expertise in Strategy, Change Management, Leadership, and Organisational Behaviour, combining real-world experience with action learning methodologies to accelerate development across executives, emerging talent, and leadership teams.
An Italian national, Angela leads 3HORIZONS’ growth in the Italian market, building partnerships and driving the firm’s strategic development in Italy. She previously worked in venture capital, supporting scaleups and serving on investment committees. Angela also lectures on strategy and scaling at ESCP Business School, maintaining strong links with academic research and next-generation leadership.
Francesco brings over 15 years of experience in software architecture and application development, with deep expertise in microservices and cloud infrastructure. An Italian national, he leads our global engineering team responsible for our enterprise software platform, ensuring that our solutions perform consistently and reliably for mission-critical client use cases at scale.
A Bulgarian national, Kristian has substantial experience working on consulting projects with cutting-edge R&D and innovation service providers, as well as organisations across manufacturing, pharmaceuticals, and financial services. Today, he leads our product function, working closely with the engineering team to continuously improve our digital solutions.
Marta supports leadership and oversees key operational and organisational activities across 3HORIZONS’ global offices. Originally from Italy, she brings experience across legal, financial, and administrative environments. She plays a central role in ensuring smooth operations and enabling the team to deliver high-impact strategic work.
Ivan is a Manager at 3HORIZONS, where he leads client engagements from strategy through to execution. He brings six years of experience across financial services, pharma, telecoms, defence, chemicals, energy and professional sport, including multi-business-unit programmes in Europe, North America and Australia. A Benjamin Franklin Scholar at the University of Pennsylvania and first-class graduate of Exeter, Ivan guest lectures at ESCP and writes on turning strategy into results.
Marco is a Manager at 3HORIZONS, where he leads strategic planning engagements from diagnostic to execution roadmap. An Italian national, he has over six years of experience advising leadership teams across industrial, services and public-sector organisations, from €100M businesses to multinational groups exceeding €1B in revenue. A Bocconi and ESSEC graduate who has lived in six countries, Marco also teaches Strategy at ESCP Business School.
Lorenzo is a Manager with over seven years of experience in strategy consulting, having worked at Simon-Kucher and Capgemini Invent on strategic projects for multinational companies across different industries. He supports clients in defining their strategies, transforming their businesses, and translating strategic priorities into actionable initiatives. Lorenzo holds a degree from the University of Turin and has an international educational background at ESCP, studying across London, Paris, and San Francisco.
Chiara leads delivery of client engagements at 3HORIZONS, helping clients define their strategies and translate them into action. She brings strategy consulting experience, including at Boston Consulting Group, across sectors such as food and beverage, distribution, defence and luxury, and works fluently in English, French and Italian. Chiara holds a CEMS Master in International Management from Bocconi University and ESADE, and also lectures in strategy at ESCP Business School.
Michael is a Manager at 3HORIZONS advising blue-chip clients on strategy formulation and implementation. With over 12 years of experience across both consulting and in-house industry roles in FMCG, retail, and hospitality, he has worked with leading brands including McVitie's, Tesco, and Premier Inn. Michael holds an MBA from UT Austin and a Master’s degree from WHU in Germany.
Philip is a Strategy Consultant and engagement lead in the DACH team at 3HORIZONS. He brings an innovative, technology-driven approach to strategy, shaped by his time at PwC and his experience as a start-up founder. Philip has worked with clients across banking, sports and wholesale. He works at the intersection of client-facing strategy work and the internal development of capabilities within the Strategy in Action System.
Alessandro is a Senior Consultant at 3HORIZONS in London, advising C-suite executives on strategy development, execution and performance monitoring. He brings four years of experience across industries including paper packaging, chemicals, HVAC, food and spirits. Originally from Naples, he holds a master’s in management engineering from Federico II University and serves on JEF Napoli’s advisory board, delivering training in consulting skills and supporting the next generation of consultants.
Giulia has over four years of experience in strategy and deals advisory, working on growth strategy, assessing market opportunities, and supporting clients during extraordinary transactions. She previously worked at Strategy& and PwC, where she was selected for the firm's EDGE Programme. She holds an MSc in Banking and Finance from the Catholic University of the Sacred Heart and wrote her Master's thesis at the University of St. Gallen. With professional experience across Switzerland, Germany, and Finland, Giulia combines strategic thinking with a financial foundation and an international perspective.
Alessandro leads strategy engagements at 3HORIZONS, taking clients from analysis through to implementation. Originally from Bra in Piedmont, he brings 7+ years across consulting and industry, with work in pharma, food and beverage, banking and automotive, including five years at Lavazza in commercial strategy and M&A. An industrial engineer with an MBA from Collège des Ingénieurs, Alessandro has worked on both sides of the table and brings a client's perspective to the strategies he designs.
Gautier is part of the strategy consulting team in the London office. He draws on three years of experience as a strategy consultant in London and one year in private equity and investment banking. Gautier studied at University College London and Sciences Po Paris, where he holds a bachelor’s degree in Economics and a master’s degree in Finance and Strategy.
Tom is a Consultant at 3HORIZONS with 3+ years of experience in consulting. Having studied at the University of Oxford, Tom began his career focusing on digital transformation projects for clients across the financial services sector and major M&A programmes. Since joining the firm, Tom has worked across a range of industries, including manufacturing, food and beverage, and specialty services, spanning markets in the UK and Ireland, Europe, North America, South Africa, India and Indonesia.
Laura supports 3HORIZONS' strategy engagements by building analyses and turning them into strategic insights for clients' leadership teams. She has worked on multi-country projects in industries such as industrial distribution and pharma. An Italian national, Laura speaks Italian, English, Spanish and Chinese, having lived and studied across several countries. She holds an MSc in Strategic Management (Rotterdam School of Management) and a BA in Chinese and Management (University of Leeds).
Richard leads strategy engagements for 3HORIZONS clients, taking them from diagnostic through to costed and sequenced implementation plans. Over five years he has worked on 35+ engagements across 10 countries, in sectors including business services, defence and marine technology, industrial automation, chemicals and sport. He holds an MSc in Management (Distinction) and speaks fluent Spanish.
Lorenzo is a graduate of Bocconi University and London Business School. He brings a year of experience across startups, venture capital and investment banking, working with clients in tech, banking, industrials and defence. Lorenzo combines an analytical mindset, logical rigour and critical thinking with a sociable, easygoing personality, making him a trusted partner for clients and a natural team player.
Jannik is part of 3HORIZONS' DACH consulting team. Originally from Germany, he completed a Master's in Strategic Management at Rotterdam School of Management, Erasmus University, before joining the company. He previously worked in technology strategy and digital transformation consulting, mainly in pharma and telecommunications industries.
Phillip joined 3HORIZONS in September 2025 and has worked on several projects spanning education, wholesale, and manufacturing. As a member of the DACH team, he predominantly works with German-speaking clients but speaks Italian as well.
Giuseppe is a Principal Software Engineer with a master’s degree in Computer Science. A problem solver at heart, he specializes in frontend engineering, building polished and performant user interfaces. Passionate about sharing what he learns, he has also worked as a blogger for a leading Italian tech blog and as a teacher of programming courses. Always open to innovation, he is enthusiastically embracing AI to enhance the way software is built.
Gaetano drives the technical direction of the Strategy in Action Platform, from architecture and cloud infrastructure to its AI capabilities. An Italian national, he brings over ten years of enterprise software experience across healthcare, public sector and fintech, specialising in Java, Spring and Kubernetes. He also delivers technical training and contributes to open source as a technical writer.
Holding a degree in Computer Science and an Executive Master’s in Data Science & Business Analytics, Giuseppe has gained software engineering experience across global banking, European legal platforms, and AI-driven document processing systems. He specializes in building scalable, high-impact enterprise solutions. If you don't find him in front of a PC or a book, he's most likely traveling somewhere around the world.
Fabio is a senior software engineer who loves simple ideas and well-crafted solutions. He designs and builds software, tackles technical challenges with curiosity, and turns complex problems into useful tools. He enjoys collaborating, sharing what he learns, and making things better one step at a time. When he’s not writing code, he’s probably thinking about the next solution.

Marco is 3HORIZONS' Senior DevOps Engineer, responsible for the Google Cloud platform behind the firm's products, from Kubernetes and infrastructure-as-code to GitOps delivery and observability. He brings nearly two decades of experience across embedded software, IoT and cloud architecture. He has designed end-to-end IoT and data platforms on AWS and Azure for TD SYNNEX and ITALDES, and led software teams building connected devices at u-blox and i'm Watch. Marco holds a Master's in Computer Science from the University of Bologna.
Grazia is a passionate QA Engineer with a background in software quality assurance, testing, and technology, complemented by an academic foundation in physics. Her analytical and methodical approach supports the delivery of reliable, high-quality software solutions. With international academic and professional experience spanning scientific research and technology, she combines rigorous problem-solving with a strong focus on quality, continuous improvement, and innovation.

She combines hands-on testing with end-to-end test automation, working closely with the engineering and design teams to catch issues early and make sure every release meets the high standards clients expect.
Fabio brings over 20 years of experience building mission-critical software, from medical devices and real-time neuroimaging to high-performance climate analysis, linguistic NLP and knowledge graph-powered AI. Author of Knowledge Graphs and LLMs in Action (Manning Publications), he turns advanced AI research into production systems that perform reliably at scale, even on complex data in high-stakes environments.
Claudio brings over 5 years of experience in AI and Machine Learning, specializing in Generative AI. An Italian national with a background in Computer Science and Data Science from the University of Bari, he has worked across global consulting firms and startups. In both technical and managerial roles, Claudio combines an innovative mindset with a pragmatic, goal-oriented approach.
Simona is a Data Scientist with a strong mathematical background in numerical simulation and statistical analysis. Originally from Lecce, she graduated in Engineering in Turin, then moved to Barcelona (UPC) and Paris (ENSAM) to pursue a European joint PhD in Computational Mechanics. She recently earned a second-level Master’s degree in Applied AI (UniSalento). She has worked as a Data Scientist and ML Engineer in the automotive, aerospace and consulting sectors, and has briefly taught Data Analysis to graduate students. She is fluent in five languages.
Alex works in the Product team, at the intersection of AI, Research, Product, Strategy and Consulting. He is a PhD candidate at ESCP Business School, where he also lectures on strategy and product. He has a BSc in computer science and an MBA from Imperial College, and 8 years of experience in operations and general management in higher education, as well as app development.
Kyriaki Hadjithekli is a Product Owner at Strategy in Action, where she contributes to the product vision and product development with Consulting, Design and Engineering teams, delivering new platform features that meet market and client needs. Originally from Scotland, Hannah began her career as a globe-trotting English teacher, an experience that shaped her user-centred approach to designing for diverse audiences and markets.
Thiago brings over 14 years of experience in UX and product design, combining a background in digital product development with a strong focus on complex business and user needs. At Strategy in Action, he leads design across the platform, shaping experiences that help organisations turn strategy into execution. His recent work includes introducing support for multi-level company structures, designing an AI copilot for OKRs, and making the platform more flexible to support different approaches to strategy planning.

He supports day-to-day accounting and administrative activities while continuing to build his experience across the company’s finance processes. Rose manages the 3HORIZONS/Strategy in Action London office, overseeing its day-to-day running so the team can stay focused on delivering for clients. She is responsible for administration, payroll and immigration compliance, keeping the office running smoothly. Originally from India, Rose gained several years of experience in administration and operations before moving to the UK. Colleagues know her as the go-to person when something needs sorting.
Adriana works as a Junior Admin & HR Assistant, supporting both administrative and HR activities across the organisation. She holds a Master’s in Organisation and Human Resources Management, which strengthened her interest in people and organisational dynamics. Adriana combines an HR-focused academic background with a practical and collaborative approach to supporting colleagues and everyday internal activities.
Federica leads content and thought leadership at Strategy in Action, bringing over a decade of experience across business, policy, and strategy. Previously a Research Associate at Harvard Business School’s Europe Research Center, she co-authored case studies for MBA and Executive Education programs, with several titles recognized among the bestselling cases in their categories. Originally from Italy, Federica is now based in Croatia.
Matteo leads sales operations, partner enablement and pipeline management for 3HORIZONS across Italy and Southern Europe. Trained as a process engineer, he began his career in management consulting at Arthur D. Little. He designs and automates the commercial infrastructure behind the firm's go-to-market, bringing analytical rigour and systems thinking to the sales process.
Haya is part of the Sales Enablement team, supporting the firm's business development across the CRM, client data and pipeline reporting. Based in London, she works with our partners to identify and prioritise new opportunities, and helps prepare the briefing materials and proposals that take a conversation through to a signed engagement. She also contributes to the development of our business development process, helping keep our approach consistent across partners and markets.
Shreyansh is a Marketing and Sales Coordinator at Strategy in Action, where he plays a crucial role in developing and executing marketing and sales strategies across digital, social, and brand domains.
